The Hokie Pokie!!!!
Jeremy dancing with Abby....Most all the girls are taller then the boys. I am wondering when that changes..
Jeremy with Mackenzie.
Jer said this was a very fun dance. He told us that he dance 10 times...8 of the 10 times the girls ask him. That was just the slow dances (he says). I was not liking that they were letting the 6th graders have a dance, but I think now it was a great experience. I think they learn some very good life lessons. (girls don't have cooties)

Getting ready for the 6th grade Valentines Day Dance....Yes a Valentines Day Dance. The teachers showed the kids how to waltz and they learned lots of lines dances. They also told the boys that if a girl ask them to dance they had to say YES!!!!
Jeremy looked very handsome. He picked out this outfit with a little help from Dad.

Message from Josh
We got this message from Josh and I thought that I would share. We are so very proud of Josh, but I think he should stay in the back.
I am no longer the XO for "A" Company, I am the Attack Platoon Leader as of today (01Feb10). I am in charge of 6 pilots and 11 crew chiefs.
Some other good news that I was not expecting, in a ceremony yesterday the 82nd Brigade Commander (full bird Colonel) gave me an Army Commendation Medal for heroism in helping to save the life of the Bulgarian Ranger in Kandahar by providing first aid to him after injuries sustained from a rocket attack on 14Jan10.
Here is a link to an article I found online that talks about the attack.
